Cataract Surgery Recovery
Gentle exercises to promote healing after cataract removal:
🔵 Week 1-2: Initial Healing

Focus Shifting: Alternate focus between a near object (12 inches) and distant object every 15 seconds. 2 minutes total.

Gentle Blinking: Slow, complete blinks (2 second hold) every 5 seconds for 1 minute.
🟢 Week 3-4: Strengthening

Figure Eight Tracking: Follow an imaginary figure eight pattern with your eyes (no head movement). 1 minute each direction.
LASIK/PRK Recovery
Exercises to reduce dryness and improve focus after refractive surgery:
🔴 Days 1-3: Critical Healing

Palming: Cover closed eyes with warm palms (no pressure) for 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
